JB Challenge: Feeling Fruity Entry #1: Watermelon Thanks

Hello and welcome back! Today I'm sharing a thank you card I made for the Jaded Blossom August Monthly Challenge. This month the theme is Feeling Fruity. About a week ago one of our subcontractors gifted me a Starbucks gift card. I knew I wanted to make her a slimline card. I had the perfect paper for it too, but I didn't know I would be giving it to her on National Watermelon Day or that this month's JB challenge was fruit themed! It must be serendipity! Dolphin Birthday Card

Happy Sunday Y'all!

It's another hot, but beautiful day in the desert! 104 degrees today. So today I'm sharing a custom birthday card I made for a customer/friend of mine, Herb. His daughter's birthday is this month and he asked me to make her a birthday card, when I asked what she likes, he said "how do I know?! She works at the Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage." Mind you that Herb is an 80-something Army Vet, he's very sweet, though...so with not a lot to go on, I went with what I had to work with and voila!

SVG Cutting Files: Easter/Spring Treat Challenge

Happy Belated Easter! I've been on Spring Break and was house/dog sitting last week with limited to no internet access, but I'm back home now and catching up on my DVR shows and posting my project for this month's challenge. Yes, I will admit it is a bit lacking but my beautiful daughter is trying to curb her sweet tooth and fell in love with these Kind bars. Sweet and salty mmmm good!
