SVG Cutting Files January Challenge: Valentine Themed

Hidey Ho! I'm so excited for this month's SVG Cutting Files Challenge! It's Valentine themed! Although I don't have a significant other, my daughter is my Valentine and that makes me happy. 

 So I made her this super fun card:
