Cricut Circle Monthly Challenge: August Create a Scene Challenge!

Oh boy! Two posts this month! I plan on posting more this year as I am planning on participating in the Cricut Circle Challenges. This will be my first Monthly Challenge that I'm participating in, hopefully, I can win with the random.org generator. :)
This scrapbook page was made for my DD's PE teacher in elementary school for her last year as a graduation gift. She had her all six years at the school and was the Safe Key instructor as well. I made her a scrapbook for her trip to Jamaica. My one and only one I've ever made.

Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge #37

The challenge this week was to use a techinque that one of the design teamer used. I chose to use Cuttlebug embossing folders & inking. My one and only DD went to her second camp of the summer for the second week in a row. I didn't get a chance to send her handmade cards for the first camp, I had to send greeting cards, gasp! I know, right? LOL! Anyways she loves to get handmade cards and my mom and I made cards for her. This was my favorite of the two I made. Please excuse the corniness of the card, pun intended :P

Lil Squirt {Circle Challenge}

My DD made this card for her Great Great Uncle Sherwin for sending her $ for making the A/B Honor Roll at school. Ever since I can remember he's called her "Squirt". Found the lil' squirt embellishment in the $1 section at Michael's.

Dragster Thank You

I made this for a friend who works with me but also works at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. My daughter and I are into NASCAR and the NHRA. We had never been to an NHRA race before and my dad wanted to go so I asked if I could buy tickets cheaper from him. He said just meet me at the track and I'll get you in. So we drove out there to find my friend with Platnium tickets, primo seating! My dad couldn't make it but my DD and I had a blast! Got him a $50 gift card to Famous Dave's as a thank you!
